Admission to Class Pre-Primary
Eligibility: Minimum age 4 years as on 31st March, but less than 5 years
Ø Registration is the first step for seeking admission in ITBP Public School, Sector 16-B Dwarka.
Registration at School
Ø Registration form will be available on all working days (Monday- Saturday) from 1ST week of January at school’s Administration office between 9:00am to 1:00pm.
Ø Payment of prescribed registration form can be done vide cash only.
Ø Facility of online Registration will be acceptable at school’s administration office as well.
Ø DDE norms are followed while taking admission at entry level class
Admission to Classes I to IX
Ø ITBP Public School, Dwarka welcomes inquiries from eager and confident learner of classes Pre- Primary to IX.
Ø Seats being very limited, the admission process focuses on getting to know an applicant very well through interaction & academic assessment.
Ø An entrance test shall be conducted and depending upon the performance, the child shall be admitted in the school.
Admission to Class XI
Ø Academic session 2019-2020, admission to class XI in the streams of Science, Commerce and Humanities. Parents are advised to keep actively in touch with the school for information on release of advertisement and written assessment.

Ø Admission to class Pre- Primary will be through informal open draw in presence of parents.
Ø Incomplete registration forms will not be processed.
Ø Parents are advised not to fill more than one form for an applicant.
Ø Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number of seats available.
Ø The list of selected children will be displayed on the school website as well as the school notice board.
Ø On confirmation of grant of admission, parents will be required to deposit the fee within stipulated time failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.
Documents to be submitted at the time of Registration
Ø Self attested copy of Birth Certificate of child issued by the Municipal Corporation/ Competent Authority.
Ø Self attested copy of Adhaar Card of child and both parents.
Ø Self attested copy of proof of residence. (Latest Electricity Bill/ Ration Card/ Telephone Bill/ Passport).
Ø Two passport size recent photographs each of Parents/ Guardian, Child.
Ø Photocopy of the previous class report card for Class I to XI.
